How I work

Four stages. From the first call to a final, binding decision.
  1. I Contact

    First contact

A phone call, an e‑mail or the form on this site. You briefly describe your matter — as much as is certain, without legal jargon. I usually reply the same business day.

    ~ 1 business day
  2. II Review

    Meeting and case review

A meeting at the office (Poznań or Pniewy) or online. We go through the documents, I establish the facts and the legal position, and I recommend the next steps. By the end, you know your realistic options and what to expect from each.

    ~ 60–90 minutes
  3. III Agreement

    Engagement and fee agreement

We sign the power of attorney and the legal-services agreement. The firm's fee is set out in writing before our cooperation begins. You are told what the fee covers and which costs — for example court fees, stamp duties, advances for expert witnesses or other expenses — may be payable separately.

    in writing, before we begin
  4. IV Representation

    Ongoing representation

I represent you before the court, the prosecuting authority or the opposing professional. Constant communication, access to the case file, and a report after every significant step. Strategic decisions always rest with the client.

    through to a final decision

“I treat every case individually, developing a litigation strategy tailored to the realities of the specific proceedings.”
